Ser­vice in our train­ing is what you would nor­mal­ly call labor. This course is about under­stand­ing your ser­vice gross prof­it, how to mea­sure it, and how to improve it.

Unlike your parts inven­to­ry that you can sell any time or send back to your sup­pli­er for a cred­it, ser­vice is very per­ish­able. Each day you start out with a set num­ber of hours to sell. If you don’t sell them, you nev­er get them back. This course will help you pre­vent that.
