I’m writ­ing you this as my fis­cal year end comes to a close. 7 years ago I took a course with you, and you told me that a 4 bay auto­mo­tive shop in Cana­da can make $1 mil­lion per year in rev­enue. I did not believe you at the time, as my 4 bay shop was doing around $700k and we were pinned sol­id , and I could see no room to squeeze anoth­er dol­lar out of it. Well, fast for­ward to today, and I have to say that you were right. My shop just did over $1 mil­lion in sales for the first time ever. It’s a huge mile­stone, and it feels like I am doing all the right things to call this shop suc­cess­ful . I just want­ed to thank you for all of your advice about sys­tems & pro­ce­dures , and not being scared to charge prop­er­ly for the pro­fes­sion­al­ism that we provide.
