What is an RPM Mastermind Group?

An RPM Mas­ter­mind group con­sists of 10 auto­mo­tive shop own­ers that meet togeth­er on a month­ly basis. These groups pro­vide sup­port, encour­age­ment, account­abil­i­ty, mea­sure­ment and shar­ing of best prac­tices. This mas­ter­mind group is your board of direc­tors, coached and facil­i­tat­ed by Mur­ray Voth.

I’m writ­ing you this as my fis­cal year end comes to a close. 7 years ago I took a course with you, and you told me that a 4 bay auto­mo­tive shop in Cana­da can make $1 mil­lion per year in rev­enue. We ask for a one year com­mit­ment because we find con­ti­nu­ity cre­ates high­er suc­cess rates. How­ev­er, we under­stand things hap­pen in life so we have a 60 day can­cel­la­tion pol­i­cy. Most of our coach­ing clients have been with us for more than three years. There is always new things to learn and more mon­ey to earn.

Each group mem­ber has a month­ly group coach­ing ses­sion for 3.5 hours. They also have a one hour indi­vid­ual coach­ing ses­sion with their coach. There is also a 1.5 hour month­ly all group mem­ber meet up that is an excit­ing time to meet the whole com­mu­ni­ty a learn for dozens of oth­er shop own­ers. Of course, the more time you put into work­ing on your busi­ness, the more prof­its you will have and the less stress you will experience.
